  • We start from gathering detailed information from both parties about their needs, preferences and expectations.

    We review the qualifications, experience and personalities of available nannies/NCS to identify the best matches.

    We facilitate interviews and discussions between the families and nannies/NCS to ensure compatibility in terms of childcare philosophies, schedules and values.

  • Our screening process for nannies/NCS is comprehensive. It involves thorough interviews, background checks, reference checks and assessments of qualifications and experience.

    We evaluate compatibility with the family’s needs, requirements and values, ensuring a successful match.

  • It varies depending on factors, such as experience, qualifications, location and specific job requirements.

    Generally, nannies receive hourly or salary-based pay with additional benefits like two weeks paid vacation, sick/personal day off, travel stipend, insurance, and bonuses. The specifics are typically negotiated between family and caregiver and outlined in a formal employment agreement.

  • We prioritize nannies/NCS who have relevant experience, clear background checks and excellent references.

    We value certifications in CPR, First Aid along with any formal education or training in Early Childhood Development and Newborn Care Specialist Program.

    We assess qualities like reliability, trustworthiness, patience, communication skills and nurturing demeanor.

    • Background Checks : We conduct comprehensive background checks for nannies and NCS to ensure the safety of all parties involve. This includes criminal background checks, employment verification and reference checks.

    • Certification and Training

    • Vetting of References : Thouroughly vet references provided by nannies to ensure credibility and reliability. This involves contacting previous employer or individual to attest Nanny’s/NBCS’s character, work ethic and childcare skills.

    • Health and Safety Protocol: Clear communication about health an safety protocols is essential. This includes discussing guidelines for illness prevention, hygiene practices, emergency proceudures and any spicific concerns or requirements related to the child’s health.

    • Covid -19 and Other Illnesses Precautions: Vaccination sattus disclosure as per local reguations and recommendations.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

    Minimum of 3 years experience as a nanny.

    Compassionate, nurturing, patience with children; with well-suited demeanor for working with children.

    Solid and strong references from previous employers to attest to good communication skills, trustworthy, reliability, punctuality, maturity and high emotional intelligence.

    Educated or proven knowledge & experience with children's growth & development.

    For newborn care specialist, additional training in newborn care such as sleep training, lactation support.

    Consider caregiver’s personality and demeanor to ensure compatibility with the family’s needs and values.

    Pass a comprehensive background check.

  • We will be calling references to confirm and cross check. If interested in calling candidate’s references, we will provide you with their names and phone or email addresses.

  • We charge a non-refundable $400 engagement fee, one time, to initiate your search.

    Newborn Care – 25% of the NCS’s gross earnings for the employment period covered.

    Live-out Nanny Placement – 15% of nanny’s gross annual earnings for long-term (3+ months).

    Live-in Nanny Placement – 20% of nanny’s gross annual earnings for long-term (3+ months).

    Temporary Nanny Placement – 25% of nanny’s gross earnings for the employment period covered (1–3 months).

  • Our 90-day credit replacement policy in an event that issue can not be resolved. We will do all we can to provide a suitable replacement candidate should you need to terminate employment or the nanny resigns her position.
